I will discuss the results of Oguiso, Lazic and Perternell about (birational) automorphism group of Calabi--Yau manifolds with Picard number two. In particular, the Cone conjecture of Morrison and Kawamata holds when the birational automorphism group is infinite. Additionally, I will review some constructions of complete intersection Calabi-Yau 3-folds in projective bundles.
