We give presentation of Iwasawa algebras of uniform pro-p groups over Z_p in terms of generator and relations. Our work extends the work of Clozel on the presentation of Iwasawa algebra of the first congruence kernel of SL₂(Z_p). We also provide examples coming from concave functions in Bruhat-Tits theory.
