Title: Hasse principle from number fields to function fields
Abstract: Study of Hasse principle for homogeneous spaces under connected linear algebraic groups over number fields stretches over a long period beginning with the theorem of Hasse and Minkowski for quadrics. There are analogous questions for function fields of curves over number fields and p-adic fields which have deep arithmetic consequences. We shall describe progress in this direction especially for function fields of p-adic curves. We also explain a more general study of Hasse principle over `semiglobal fields', namely function fields of curves over complete discrete valued fields.

Title: Projective homogeneous spaces and Hasse principle over semiglobal fields
Abstract: In this talk we state a theorem on the Hasse principle for projective homogeneous spaces under reductive groups over semiglobal fields. We outline a method of proof of the theorem including the patching technique developed by Harbater, Hartmann and Krashen. (jointly with P. Gille.)
