We shall go through Chapter IV and parts of Chapter V of C. Sabbah\'s book [1], trying to investigate this topic: The Riemann-Hilbert problem and the Birkhoff problem on the complex projective line, namely finding the lattices (in given meromorphic bundles with connections on the complex projective line) trivial as vector bundles and subjected to some suitable conditions about the singularities.
