In this talk, we’ll discuss the problem for GCD of elliptic di- visibility sequences over function fields. In particular, we will focus on a conjecture made by Silverman concerning the divisibility sequences arising from non-isotrivial elliptic curves over function fields of char- acteristic zero. The same idea for elliptic divisibility sequences can be applied to study sequences in arithmetic dynamics. We’ll also present some possible extensions. This is a joint work with T. Tucker.
