Let k be a global function field with odd characteristic and fix a place infty of k called the infinite place. Under this base field k, we denote X to be a definite Shimura curve. In this talk, we focus on properties of Gross points on certain \"definite \" Shimura curve X. We will connect these special points with the central value formula for imaginary quadratic twists of an elliptic curve defined over global function field k with split multiplicative reduction at infty.
