In this paper, we study the suitable weak solution of steady fractional Navier-Stokes equations in R^3 with 1/2 < s < 1. We show that if 1/2 < s < 5/6, the suitable weak solution is regular away from a compact singular set with zero (5 -6s)-Hausdor ff measure and if s >5/6 or s=5/6 , it is regular.
