In this talk, I will show a linear and sub-linear bound of the number of lattice points on large caps. These bounds are key ingredient to prove the main theorem in dimension 3 in Bourgain and Rudnick's paper. Then I introduce the Fourier transfom of Surface-Carried Measures by using the stationary phase method. REFERENCES 1.
