The p-adic Gross-Zagier formula is the formula relating the derivative of the p-adic L-function for elliptic curves with the p-adic height of the Heegner point. At ordinary primes, the formula is obtained by B. Perrin- Riou long time before. In this talk, we explain the supersingular case and the application for the full Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture.
