In this lecture, we will review on a theory of moduli spaces of singular connections on curves and related topics. We will explain how the Riemann-Hilbert problems and isomonodromic or iso-Stokes problems can be formulated in our moduli spaces. Moreover, we will report on new result with F. Loray and C. Simpson on different Lagrangian fibrations on the moduli spaces which may give a interesting view point on geometric Langlands correspondeces.
