In this talk continuation of the degenerate Keller Segel model after the blow up ,that is concentration of mass is discussed.The key is a renormalization of the chemotactic drift.It turns out that this renormalization is not unique.So we get several possible evolution equations for the evolution of (varifold like)measures after the blowup time.
