Modular polynomials characterising isogenies between rank 2 Drinfeld Fq[T]-modules were first constructed by S. Bae in 1992, and have been studied by numerous authors (including Jing Yu) since then. In this talk, we will construct a set of modular polynomials characterising isogenies between Drinfeld modules of higher rank. We will give upper bounds on the total degree of such polynomials, as well as generalised Kronecker congruence relations. We also present some numerical examples
