After introducing the local Torelli theorem in the talk last week, we will further prove the global Torelli theorem, which states that two K3-surfaces are isomorphic if and only if there are markings for them such that the corresponding period points are the same.

Using the period map as our main tool, we will go through the construction of the moduli of K3-surfaces and describe the moduli spaces in terms of the corresponding period domains.
