There is a well-known conjecture by Yau which states: A complete noncompact Kaihler manifolds with positive holomorphic bisectional curvature is biholomorphic to Cn. In this talk we will discuss some recent joint works with Albert Chau. We will discuss the use of K¨ahler-Ricci flow and complex dynamical system to understand Yau\'s conjecture.
