We prove the nonexistence of multi-bubble solutions for several types of elliptic problems on smooth bounded convex domains. Problems we consider here include the Liouville equation, the mean field equation (MFE) on the plane, and the almost critical problem in higher dimensions. New Pohozaev type identity will be explained. This is a joint work with Massimo Grossi (Universita di Roma ``La Sapienza").
